I’m a parent, small business owner, and community member running for the Rochester Community Schools Board of Education because I believe every student deserves access to a high-quality education — and every parent deserves transparency, accountability, and a seat at the table.
RCS is a strong district, but like many families, I’ve seen firsthand where systems fall short, especially when it comes to communication, accountability, and supporting students with diverse needs. I’m running to help strengthen trust between families and the district while keeping student success at the center of every decision.

I am a Rochester Community Schools parent and a local small business owner with a background in marketing, operations, and financial oversight. Running and growing multiple businesses has given me hands-on experience with budgeting, accountability, long-term planning, and making tough decisions while keeping people first.
My interest in serving on the Board of Education comes from personal experience navigating the school system as a parent and advocate. I’ve learned how important it is for families to feel heard, informed, and respected — especially when challenges arise. Those experiences have shaped my belief that school boards must prioritize clear communication, measurable outcomes, and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.
As a board trustee, my focus will be:
- Student-centered, data-driven decision-making
- Transparency and accountability at all levels
- Supporting educators while holding systems accountable
- Partnering with parents as collaborators
- Protecting the long-term financial health of the district
I believe strong schools are built through collaboration, trust, and leadership that is willing to ask hard questions and listen to families. I’m running to help ensure Rochester Community Schools continues to serve all students and all families.
